Refund policy

At Divine देवी, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed.♡

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we currently do not accept returns.

However, As a valued Divine देवी customer, we offer exchanges and refunds in certain cases.

EXCHANGE:

Eligible for Exchange:

1.⁠ ⁠You received a damaged or defective item.
2.⁠ ⁠You received the wrong product.

Exchange Guidelines:

•⁠ Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
•⁠ Share a clear unboxing video as proof (mandatory).
•⁠ The product must be unused and in original packaging and Tag.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

REFUNDS:

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

1. Prepaid Orders:

If you refuse the parcel at delivery, we will initiate a refund once we receive the package back.

⁠If the order is accepted, it will be considered final and no refund or return will be processed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refunds are applicable once the order is delivered.

2. Cancellations:

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we do not offer cancellations or returns.
However, for prepaid orders, you may choose to decline the parcel at the time of delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will initiate your refund (If prepaid).

Please note:
If the order is accepted upon delivery, we will not be able to process any cancellation, return, or refund.

(All sales are considered final once the order is accepted.)

3. Process for parcel damaged in-transit or for parcel lost in transit:

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

4. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. 

If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with a full unboxing video so that we can help you further.

5. Items Out Of Stock:

We strive to keep our website stock counts accurate, but occasionally there may be discrepancies. If this happens, we won’t be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. We’ll then fulfil the available products and contact you to discuss your options. You can either wait for the backordered item to restock or we can process a refund.

NOTE:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Minor variations in color/design (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items sold during a sale
